Goulash
ingredients
- 3 pounds of meat
- Bones
- 2 large onions
- 2 green peppers (or red or yellow)
- 2 tablespoons chicken fat
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tomato skinned and cubed
- 2 tablespoons paprika (hot and sweet)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 cup water (can use 1 cup wine instead of bouillon)
- Fresh Mushrooms
- Water as needed to make gravy
directions
Brown the meat over medium heat. Add onions and cook for a few more minutes. Add all other ingredients and cook together for about 30 minutes more.
