ingredients

  • 3 pounds of meat
  • Bones
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 green peppers (or red or yellow)
  • 2 tablespoons chicken fat
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tomato skinned and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons paprika (hot and sweet)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 cup water (can use 1 cup wine instead of bouillon)
  • Fresh Mushrooms
  • Water as needed to make gravy

directions

Brown the meat over medium heat. Add onions and cook for a few more minutes. Add all other ingredients and cook together for about 30 minutes more.
