Rhubarb
ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar for every pound of cut up rhubarb
- Approximately 2 tablespoons of water
- Add 1/2 - 1 cup strawberries for every pound of cut up rhubarb
- Crushed, drained pineapple (option)

Do not peel rhubarb unless skin is really tough. Cut rhubarb into 1/2" slices.

Mix all ingredients and cook until rhubarb is tender - about 10 - 30 minutes.

Cool and serve.
