Appetizer - Hot Artichoke Spread

This is sooooo darn good. Serve with Triscuit crackers....the texture of this cracker and the rich artichoke taste is just wonderful. This is so easy and turns out perfect every time......tell everyone the recipe is a family secret....no one would believe how easy it is anyway!!!

ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 t garlic powder

directions

Combine all ingredients and put into a lightly buttered, small casserole (I use a square Pyrex dish). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.

notes

This recipe can easily be doubled. Also it can be made a day ahead ...before cooking, cover and refrigerate. When needed, pop in the oven....add about 5-10 minutes to the cooking time.
