Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes Recipe
ingredients
- 3 lb baby red new potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

1. Heat oven to 450°F. Line a large, shallow baking pan with nonstick foil.

2. Halve potatoes; quarter any larger potatoes. In large bowl, toss potatoes with remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer in lined pan.

3. Roast on bottom rack in oven 30 minutes, tossing after 15 minutes, until tender and golden
