Grandma Micki's Famous Potato Salad
She finally gave up the trade secrets, folks! Enjoy with 300 of your friends :0)
ingredients
- 10 lbs potatoes
- 1 and 1/2 dozen eggs
- l bunch green onions-USE ALL OF THE ONION
- 1 small bunch of celery
- 6 large dill pickles-NOT KOSHER YUCK
- salt & pepper
- mustard
- 2 32 OZ BEST FOOD MAYONNAISE
- 1 small can of sliced olives

Peel and chop to size potatoes-this is the secret.Put in a pot and rinse at least twice.Boil till fork goes in the potato, but not soupy. Dice all ingredients into a bowl and let sit in fridge till you’re ready to mix.

I just put one big squirt of mustard. You will not use two mayo’s, but it will take one whole and a portion of the other. Top with olives and you’re good to go.DRAIN THE POTATOES WHEN YOU ARE DONE AND LET SIT TILL THEY ARE COMPLETELY COOL OR YOU WILL HAVE MUSH.
