Cheesy Potatoes

ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup bread crumbs or corn flakes

directions

Defrost potatoes, combine everything but butter and bread crumbs, pour into 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, mixed with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
