An all time favorite in our family.
- 12 potatoes, peeled
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup of oil
- Handful of matzo meal
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Onion powder
Fill a large pot with water and grate the potatoes into the pot. Drain most of the water, leave a little. Add 6 eggs, matzo meal, and the oil. Mix. Add salt and pepper and 3-4 shakes of onion powder.
Spread mixture into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle a little more oil on top to brown. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
