Jason's Cheesecake
This is a recipe that Jas used at Bella Bistro. Folks bought it like crazy!
ingredients
- Crust
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 3/8 cup of melted butter
- Filling
- 20 ozs cream cheese
- 7/8 cup of sugar
- 1 1/4 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 eggs
- Topping
- 1 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice

For crust - blend all ingredients. Press in bottom and up 1“ sides of a 9” spring form pan. Chill 20 minutes.

For filling - beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Then beat in eggs, one at a time, until light and fluffy. Pour into crust and bake for 45-55 minutes at 350. Can be a bit jiggly.

For topping - mix while cake is baking. Pour on hot cake. Bake 7 minutes more. Cool on rack and then refrigerate for 24 hours.
