Pancakes
Fluffy gluten-recipe that will satisfy anyone’s tasetebuds on Sunday morning.
ingredients
- 1 C rice flour
- 1/2 C tapioca flour
- 1/2 C potato starch
- 1 C skim milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

2. Heat 1 TBSP of canola oil in a frying pan on medium heat.

4. When bubbles form and pop, turn over
