Cornbread
A tender, moist gluten-free cornbread.
ingredients
- 1/2 C rice flour
- 1/4 C tapioca flour
- 1/4 C potato starch
- 2 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1/2 C Splenda
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
directions

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl

3. Bake in a greased 8 X 8 pan for 30 minutes.
