Flank Steak
ingredients
- 2/3 cup dry red wine
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 6 large cloves of garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1/3 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- black pepper
- 2 flank steaks

Combine the marinade ingredients in nonreactive bowl

Add flank steaks and coat well with the marinade

Marinade the steaks, turning once for two hours or overnight

Remove from marinade and pat dry

Broil or grill steaks over high heat, for four minutes per side for medium-rare meat

Remove to cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes

To serve, slice thinly on a diagonal and arrange on a platter or plates
