The Night before Eggs
Great for Brunch
ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lb bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled.
directions
Soft scramble the eggs. Stir in sour cream and cheese. Place in a 9*9 baking dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top. Cover and refrigerate over night. Uncover and bake 20 min at 375
