White Christmas (also known as White Trash)

Make it anytime. Just change the name to White Trash when it’s not during the Holidays.
ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups each Rice, Wheat and Corn Chex Cereal
- 3 1/2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 large can mixed nuts (or peanuts)
- 2 lbs. white chocolate chips

Pour cereal, nuts and pretzels into very large pot or bowl.

Using a large glass bowl, microwave chocolate in increments of 30 seconds. Stir after each time. When chips are melted, pour over cereal mix. Make sure you mix it well with large spoon until all pieces are coated. Pour onto sheets of wax paper and spread out until cooled. Store in airtight container.

Chocolate is not your favorite but I do remember that you like this mix. It's only fair that you know how to make it.
