Lemon-Garlic Asparagus
ingredients
- Asparagus (2-2 1/2 lb)
- Dressing:
- 3 Tbspn fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Pepper to taste

Boil water and then add asparagus. Cook for about 3 minutes, till it’s bright green.

Drain and cool.

Mix dressing well with whisk and pour over cooled asparagus.
