Cheesy Sausage Muffins
ingredients
- 1/4 pound ground pork sausage (cooked & drained)
- 1 - 3 ounce package of cream cheese (cut in small cubes)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup Bisquick biscuit mix
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine eggs and milk; add to the sausage mixture, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from pans immediately.
