Daniel's BBQ Chicken
This meal always reminds me of our FUN nights cooking out at the Pink Lady and leaving the kitchen a mess to go out or party on the front porch! We cleaned up so many chicken bones the morning after this meal.
ingredients
- 1 Jar of cajun butter
- 6 chicken breast: skin on, bone in
- Coarse kosher salt
- Fresh cracked pepper corns
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
directions

Soak 1 medium sized bowl of woodchips 1 hour prior to putting chickens on.

Inject chickens with cajun butter. Generously salt and pepper.

Place on grill over medium/high heat. Baste chickens with BBQ sauce every time you flip them (flipping every 5 minutes for 15-20 minutes: until juice runs clear).
