Homey, satisfying cheesy biscuits. The perfect accompaniment to any number of dishes.

ingredients

  • 2 cup flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup milk

directions

Mix dry ingredients. Add cheddar, mix. Add oil, milk and mix. Turn out dough onto floured countertop and knead 8-10 times. Roll dough to about 3/4 - 1 inch thickness, cut and bake at 425F for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
