Ferd's Potato Torta

ingredients
- 4 lbs potatos
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbspn butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tspn pepper
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1/4 cup chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
directions
Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Bring milk and butter to a boil. Mash potatoes--add milk, butter, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Lightly brown garlic in oil then add to potatoes. Mix well and then pack mixture into a grease 9 x 13 casserole pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
