Clam Cakes
ingredients
- 12 large clams
- 2 celery stalks, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- parsley
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
directions

Chop clams in blender without juice.

Melt butter and cook celery and onion. Do not brown.

Combine clams, onion, celery, parsley, eggs and Worcestershire sauce.

Shape into patties and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry.
