The Perfect Hummus by Vic
Great for dipping!
ingredients
Hummus- 4 garlic cloves, minced and mashed
- 2 15oz cans of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2/3c tahini (roasted)
- 1/3c freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2c water
- 1/4c olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
- Pine nuts (toasted)
- Parsley (chopped) for garnish
directions

In food processor, combine all Hummus ingredients, process until smooth.

Spoon into serving dish and garnish with pine nuts and parsley.

Serve with crackers, chips, veggies, pita bread or pita chips. Or spread on a wrap add some peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce... yummy!
Spicy it up
Blend in roasted red peppers to the hummus to add a wonderful red color and some extra flavor. Make it half and half and give it a swirl!
