Sour Cream Blueberry Coffee Cake

ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nuts, optional

Mix butter, sugar, eggs and sour cream together. Add flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in blueberries. Set aside.

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts, if using.

Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter on top.

Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
