Michelle's awesome Spinach Artichoke Dip
Everyone loves this great appetizer. Michelle makes it and it is always a hit!!! Yummy!
ingredients
- 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 oz shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 1 tbs olive oil or veg oil
- 1 med. white onion
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts

Preheat oven to 350

Set asode spinach and allow it to thaw

Drain artichoke hearts well and chop into tiny pieces

Chop onion and sautee until soft
- 5
Blend cream cheese and half & half in mixing bowl.

Mix in sauteed onions, spinach, artichokes and cheese.

Transfer mixture into a casserole and bake for 30-35 mins until bubbling.

Serve with tortilla chips or crackers!
