ingredients

  • 1 package cheese blintzes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Tabs. sugar

    Preheat oven to 350F

    Grease an 8 1/2x11 casserole dish. Place frozen blintzes on the bottom

    Please the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Pour over blintzes

  • 4

    Bake 35 to 45 minutes.

  • 5

    Serve with your favorite fruit topping.
