Lemon Bars
ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
- 2 Cup Flour
- pinch of Salt
- 4 Eggs 2 Cup granulated sugar
- 6 Tbs. Flour
- 6 Tbs. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. Lemon Rinds

Combine butter, powder sugar, 2 Cups flour and salt. Blend with pastry blender until well blended. Put evenly in 9X13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Beat eggs slightly, stir in sugar, flour, juice and rind. Spread over crust and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. When cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar.
