Cranberry Salsa
Nancy Ross’s delicious cranberry salsa. This goes well with turkey.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup fresh mint or cilantro
- 1 lime (juice and grated zest)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (minced)
- 2 teaspoons chopped ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix to desired consistency. Cover and refrigerate for 2-8 hours.
