ingredients

  • 1 package Pork Chops bone-in
  • 6-7 large red potatoes slice
  • 2 medium yellow onions sliced
  • 2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • season salt
  • black pepper
  • vegetable oil

directions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. In a deep skillet fry pork chops in oil until golden brown on both sides. Layer potatoes and onions on top of chops and season with salt and pepper. Pour soup and water on top of chops. Cover and Simmer 1 hour.
