Sandwich - Double Beef Sandwiches

ingredients

  • 12 slices Rye Bread, buttered
  • 2 Tblsp Prepared Mustard
  • 4 oz Dried Beef, pulled apart
  • leaf Lettuce
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Corned Beef, cooked, sliced very thin
  • 2 large Dill Pickles, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz American Cheese, sliced
  • 1 Tblsp Prepared Horseradish

directions

Spread half of the bread slices with mustard and add layers of lettuce, dried beef, cheese, corned beef, pickle and onion. Top each stack up with more lettuce. Spread the remaining bread slices with horseradish and complete sandwiches. Anchor each with toothpick. Top with a ripe olive.
