Tasty, Spicy Homemade Chili

ingredients
- 1 pound red kidney beans
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound sausage
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 3 cups chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp Ancho chili powder
- 2 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp red cooking wine
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 24 ounce V-8 juice
- 1 cup CJs bbq sauce

Pressure cook kidney beans and drain. (Or follow package directions and it works the same on how to prepare the beans.)

Brown ground beef, sausage and bacon. After medium browning add onion, garlic, chili, oregano and cook until onion is clear.

Pour meat mixture in crock pot and add remaining ingredients. For best flavor, heat in crock pot all day on high.
