Leb. Entree - Cabbage Rolls
ingredients
- 1 lb. lamb shoulder, ground
- 1/2 - 1 C uncooked rice
- 2 t salt
- 2 head cabbage
- 1 can of tomatoes or tomato sauce
- Several cloves of garlic (optional)

Dig out cabbage cores. Place in boiling water with core up. Turn ’til leaves separate. Roll, squeeze and place in pan covered with bones and hard core centers. Make a row or two, add salt and garlic, continue ’til full. Add canned tomatoes or tomato sauce and fill with water.

Cook about 25 minutes. Sprinkle about 1 T dried mint on top and cook ’til done.
