Leb. Entree - Grape Leaves
ingredients
- 1 lb. leg of lamb, chili ground
- 1/2 to 1 cup rice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cinnamon
- Ice water
- Lemon juice
directions
Wash grape leaves, roll, squeeze and place in pan well covered with bones, Add more salt, cover to the top with cold water. Cook approx. 25 minutes, adding 1 cup lemon juice - for huge pan - the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.
