Delicate light pancakes

ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tablesppon baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream (can use yogurt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • May add a dash of nutmeg, if desired.

    Pre-heat pan or griddle to medium low.

  • 2

    Determine if ready by seeing if a drop of water will sizzle.

  • 3

    Drop pancake batter by spoonfulls.

  • 4

    Wait until pancake has bubbles uniformly throughout then flip!
