Basic Cheese Fondue
ingredients
- 2 cups milk (or beer)
- 1 T Worcestershire
- 2 tsp ground dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 T. all purpose flour
- 6 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
directions
Mix together milk(or beer), Worcestershire, mustard, garlic and flour. heat until almost boiling. Gradually stir in cheese. Keep stirring until melted.
