Crunchy Apple Salad
You can resuscitate apples from your fruit bowl that are “past their prime” with this fruit salad recipe.
ingredients
- 1/3 c plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T Miracle Whip Light
- 1/4 t vanilla
- 3 sprinkles cinnamon(or Chinese Five Spice)
- 2 T walnuts
- 2 T raisins
- 2 large apples, preferably one red and one green
- 1 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, in its own juice, drained

Mix yogurt,sugar,Miracle Whip,vanilla, cinnamon, walnuts and raisins in a medium size bowl. Slice, core and cut the apples into chunks. Add to bowl. Drain pineapple, reserving juice for another use. Add to bowl and toss gently to mix.

Chill until ready to serve.
