• 3 egg whites
• 3 egg yolks
• 3/4 cup strong coffee
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 3/4 cup Kahlua
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Kahlua Frosting (recipe to follow)
