Potato Cheese Casserole
ingredients
- 24 oz. of bagged hash brown potatoes, raw
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1/2 pt. half & half
- American cheese
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper
directions
Place potatoes in a flat 2 quart casserole. Salt and pepper potatoes and sprinkle with grated American cheese. Repeat (to taste) generously. Place grated cheddar cheese on top and pour over creams. Bake 1 1/2 hours 350 degrees.

Great with roast beef or ham.
