Southwestern Pasta
ingredients
- 1 lb andouille sausage, chopped
- 1-2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 box pasta of your choice
- Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour (more may be necessary to thicken sauce)
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cloves of garlic, diced
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp hot chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8-10 oz shredded cheddar cheese (more or less depending on your tastes)
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped green onions as a garnish
