ingredients

• 1 lb andouille sausage, chopped
• 1-2 chicken breasts, cubed
• 1 box pasta of your choice
• Sauce:
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour (more may be necessary to thicken sauce)
• 1 cup milk
• 4 cloves of garlic, diced
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp hot chili powder
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 8-10 oz shredded cheddar cheese (more or less depending on your tastes)
• salt and pepper to taste
• chopped green onions as a garnish
