Mexican ChickenShelley Davis
- 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
- Nacho Cheese Dorito Chip
- Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Put crushed chips in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with chicken and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix soup and tomatoes in blender and pour over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
