Hamburger Porcupines
ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 scant tsp chili powder
- 2 T chopped onion
- 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
- Pepper to taste
directions
Combine above ingredients and shape into 12 balls. Pour can of tomato juice, chopped onion, 1 tsp sugar, and dash of catsup over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, turning every 20 minutes.
