Toady in the Hole
ingredients
- Butter or margerine
- Slice of bread
- One egg
- Optional:
- Slice of cheese
- Slice of ham

Melt a bit of butter in a skiller.
With a biscuit cutter, cut a hole in a slice of bread. Put bread with hole in the skillet and slip an egg in the hole. Let that side cook then gently flip. Finish cooking and if desired top with a slice of cheese and/or ham. You can cook the bread hole as well in the skillet, toasting both sides. Use it to sop the egg juice with.
