- 1 tsp salt
- 1 whole egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 cup fresh, finely grated horseradish
- Four 4 ounce salmon fillets
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Cranberry Dill Catsup:
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 tsp minced shallots
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp fresh, chopped dill
