Roasted Potatoes
ingredients
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 4 to 6 small baking potatoes, cut lengthwise into 6 to 8 wedges

Preheat oven to 450°. Combine the first four (dry) ingredients in a plastic bag with a zipper lock. Stir potatoes in olive oil in a bowl, and then place in bag and shake to coat.

Place potatoes on baking sheet and bake 35-40 minutes until tender
