Megan's Sweet Potato Casserole

Our family has several sweet potato recipes but this is now our favorite.
ingredients
- 8 Sweet Potatoes (Orange flesh & Dark skin)
- 1 Stick of Salted Sweet Cream Butter - Melted
- 1/2 Brick of Philadelphia Cream Cheese - Softened
- 1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 C Orange Juice
- 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
- Dash of cinnamon
- Fresh Ground Pepper & Lawry’s Season Salt to taste
- Mini Marshmallows or Marshmallow Cream

* Bake Potatoes at 425 for 1 hour OR until soft all the way through.

Peel potatoes, Mash or whip with mixer, add all above ingredients. Bake until warm, add marshmallows then bake until golden brown.
