Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches

ingredients

Basting mix for grilling
  • 1/4 C. hot Jalapeno jelly
  • 1 tsp water
  • 8 hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls
Pork Rub:
  • 2 (1 Lb.) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 Tbl. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Sandwich Topping:
  • 1/4 C. light ranch dressing
  • 1/4 C. hickory smoke tomato-based barbecue sauce

    Prepare grill to medium-high heat

  • 2

    Combine jelly and water; set aside

  • 3

    Combine paprika, salt, sugars, chili powder. cumin and pepper; rub evenly over pork

  • 4

    Place pork on grill rack; cover and grill approximately 15 minutes, turning pork occasionally. Brush pork with jelly mixture

    Keep grilling until pork reaches an internal temperature of 150-155

  • 6

    Place pork on cutting surface; lightly cover with foil; let stand 10 minutes

    Thinly slice pork

  • 8

    Combine ranch dressing and barbecue sauce

  • 9

    Serve pork and dressing on buns
