Sour Cream cheese puffs
ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. finely chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. dill
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tubes refrigerated biscuits
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, red pepper, onion, lemon juice, dill and pepper until blended.

Cut each biscuit in half horizontally; press into greased mini-muffin tin. Place a rounded teaspoonful of mixture in each cup.

Bake at 350° for 14-16 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve warm.
