SERVE THIS TREAT OVER RICE

  • 1 TBS FRESH GINGER (GRATED)
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC (MINCED)
  • 1 JALAPENO (SEEDED/MINCED)
  • 1/2 LB SHRIMP (PEELED)
  • 1 CUP COCONUT MILK
  • 1 1/2 LIME JUICE
  • 1/8 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
  • 2 TSP KOSHER SALT

    SAUTE JALAPENO PEPPER, GINGER AND GARLIC IN OIL UNTIL FRAGRANT.

  • 2

    ADD SHRIMP AND COOK UNTIL PINK.

  • 3

    STIR IN MILK, RED PEPPER, LIME JUICE AND SALT.

  • 4

    BRING TO BOIL, STIR AND REMOVE FROM HEAT.
