SERVE THIS TREAT OVER RICE
ingredients
- 1 TBS FRESH GINGER (GRATED)
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC (MINCED)
- 1 JALAPENO (SEEDED/MINCED)
- 1/2 LB SHRIMP (PEELED)
- 1 CUP COCONUT MILK
- 1 1/2 LIME JUICE
- 1/8 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
- 2 TSP KOSHER SALT

SAUTE JALAPENO PEPPER, GINGER AND GARLIC IN OIL UNTIL FRAGRANT.

ADD SHRIMP AND COOK UNTIL PINK.

STIR IN MILK, RED PEPPER, LIME JUICE AND SALT.

BRING TO BOIL, STIR AND REMOVE FROM HEAT.
