Light and Creamy Pumpkin Pie
ingredients
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c. cold milk
- 1 package (6 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
- 1 Graham Cracker pie crust

Combine pumpkin, milk, pie filling, pumpkin pie spice in small bowl.

Beat at lowest speed until well blended about 1 minute.

Fold in 2 1/2 c. of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

Freeze (about 4 hours)

Top with remaining whipped topping.
