Light and Creamy Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1 package (6 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
  • 1 Graham Cracker pie crust

    Combine pumpkin, milk, pie filling, pumpkin pie spice in small bowl.

    Beat at lowest speed until well blended about 1 minute.

  • 3

    Fold in 2 1/2 c. of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

  • 4

    Freeze (about 4 hours)

  • 5

    Top with remaining whipped topping.
