MPG'S LIMA BEANS

ingredients
- 16 oz FROZEN LIMA BEANS
- 1 SHALLOT (THIN SLICE)
- 2 CLOVE GARLIC (DICED)
- 4 TBSP F.LEAF PARSLEY(CHOPPED)
- 2 TSP SALT & PEPPER
- WHITE WINE
- OLIVE OIL
- 1 CUP WATER
directions
IN A 2QT SAUCEPAN ADD OLIVE OIL, SAUTE ONIONS AND GARLIC TILL TENDER. ADD SALT, PEPPER AND WHITE WINE TO TASTE, COOK WINE DOWN FOR A MINUTE OR TWO. ADD LIMA BEANS, WATER AND PARSLEY. SIMMER BEANS FOR 15-20 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCAISIONALLY. SALT AND PEPPER BROTH TO TASTE.
