Rum Balls Take 2
ingredients
- 1 (12oz) package vanilla wafer
- 1 (16oz.) pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 1/3 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup vanilla wafer crumbs or 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Process vanilla wafers in food processor until crumbs are fine.

Transfer to a large bowl.

Process pecans in food processor until finely chopped.

Stir in vanilla wafer crumbs and stir in honey, bourbon, rum, and shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in 1/4 cup vanilla wafers or powdered sugar or coco.

Place in air tight container and store for up to 1 week.
