Flank Steak
1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil 2 T. brown sugar 2 T. worchestershire sauce 2 T. minced green onions (white and green parts) 4 cloves garlic, pressed 2 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp minced fresh parsley leaves 2 (1 1/2 lb) beef flank steaks
ingredients

- 1 T. seasame oil (optional)
- 1/4 cup Asian red chili sauce (optional)
- 2 (1 1/2 lb) beef flank steaks
directions
Marinate steaks. Cook on grill until desired doneness (medium-rare is 3 minutes per side). Use meat thermometer.
