What could liven up a book group meeting devoted to “The Count of Monte Cristo”? Themed drinks, of course! Kathleen served this lovely cocktail, and the St. Germain elderflower liqueur was a revelation. -- Lauren

- St. Germain
- Brut Champagne or Cava

1. Pour one jigger of St. Germain into a chilled fluted glass. Cover with champagne and stir lightly. Float half a strawberry, a raspberry or other fruit as a garnish.
